Scott's update on our wreck made me realize that we hadn't updated the blog about our family expansion! Johnathan and I are expecting our first child and you can imagine the excitement in the McGarvey Family! We are due Feb. 18 and are 14 weeks along right now. We had our first ultra sound two weeks ago and found out...no big surprise here....that this is definitely our child! It was twirling and spinning and flipping all over the place. The technician said, "Slow down, Peanut! I can't get your picture!" So yes, our child already has stage presence! It's definitely a McGarvey/Taylor/Morgans child! Mama, Suzi and I are busy making curtains and being crafty! Not something we normally do so it's a bonding experience for sure. :O) We'll keep you updated as this next chapter of our lives unfolds. We're feeling great and just starting to have a little bump!

Glennda, What a wonderful surprize. Being Grandparents is so much better thatn being a parent. Just spoil them and send them home. Ha ha. No not really, but at our age you can really enjoy all the changes as they come along. Our oldest Grandchild is now 16yr.old and I really do not know where the time has gone.. Wendy and David are at least talking about a family after 10yr. of marriage.. So I hope and pray we will get a new grand child in the coming years. If I could get my other 3 sons married off I may even get more... What a joy to look forward to.

I have told everyone about the healing and wonderful blessing God has sent your way. We are holding on to the promise of Butchs healing from Parkinsons. God knows just what we need too.
