The news from Moberly is exciting today. Last week I saw Doctor Pitt, my surgeon. His review of my condition was a routine interview of how was everything doing and an examination of my abdomen. He said all is well and I'll see you in three months.
Our house is getting a new roof this week and I spent yesterday on the roof with Dustyn helping him catch up from delays last week. Before I quit for the day I mowed the grass. Today Scott helped me put insulation in the ceiling of the garage and tomorrow Dustyn and his crew will finish the roof.
All this work and no pills, no pain and no weakness. Dustyn asked me today if I thought five months ago that I would be up on the roof and working like I am. Of course not! I give the Lord the all the credit for my speedy recovery and return to my normal schedule. Isn't God awesome?
