Back at the Hospital

Johnathan and I are finally back from MO District Youth Convention. We left on Thursday and came back Saturday morning. We spent, it seemed like, every moment out of sessions on the phone with Mom and Scott getting updates  I hated being away, but our youth group had worked so hard to raise money for this convention, that there was no way we could miss it. They had special prayer for Daddy during the convention which was a great moment for our group and very uplifting. We are happy to be back at the hospital though.  

It was great to see Daddy actually up and moving (to and from the bathroom...but moving none-the-less.) He's had several visitors again today and Aunt Janet bought him a cd/mp3 player and some ocean music/noises to drown out all of the hospital noise clutter. Hopefully, he'll get some good rest tonight. Johnathan is spending the night here at the hospital to make sure he's not alone during another bad night.  

Mom's on the phone to Donna Brown sharing the latest with a fellow cancer wife right now. We'll go say good night to Daddy and then get her home and to bed. Easter is tomorrow and we have a BIG day on the books as always!
