Dad's sisters (Helen, Margie & Janet) are in town! Janet & Mike flew in from the East Coast this afternoon. Mark & Len came up as well. The guest book is filling up as the weekend approaches. Pastor Stan Gleason from KC and the Tracy's from STL stopped by today. At one point there were so many people in the waiting room they were visiting in shifts!
Dad was able to gently shower this afternoon between "meet-n-greets" (amazing what a little warm water will do for you). Mom says he's looking better and his color is returning.

ReplyDeleteI will add you to my prayer list. I pray for the sick and for family & friends nightly and sometimes during the day. I have felt this calling over the past 6 to 8 months due to my own physical condition that I have been going through. I see your sisters have arrived and I know you are in good hands, physically & spiritually. Ask Helen to tell you my unbelievable story and God's unbelievable delivery of answering my prayers. I will be sending you two CD's for you to listen to as you recover and go through cancer treatments. I don't know why we have to go through these trials, but one thing I do know is "God will see you through".
